This music is suppose to be the voice of the streets, not rich Canadian punks who think they have "swag"! Hes takin up space in the game for real cats whos hungry and have real skill and tryna make it!
And I dont give a fuck about who "gettin they money", thats just dick riding shit! Cuz me, you, or anyone else on here aint "getting THEIR money", so why should I give a fuck?
And anybody can call me a "hater" jus cuz I aint dick riding and I have my own opinion, I dont give a fuck! DRAKE IS GARBAGE!

DRAKE IS GARBAGE! | Contrary to what you think, the hip-hop pioneers would say otherwise(Kool Herc, Grandmaster Flash, Afrika Bambaataa, Rocksteady Crew, etc.). Yeah, it started in the streets, but that doesn't mean it's limited to hood folks, or Americans. Hip-hop is about spreading unity and respect among each other. Of course, with all this beef, and hip-hop being warped by it's becoming mainstream, most folks, especially today, wouldn't know that. Social, economic class, etc. has nothing to do with being able to rap, because everybody has their own experiences to talk about on the mic. Thinking that rap is only for "hungry cats" is just...well.....the complete opposite of what hip-hop stands for. And, I can guarantee you that most of the folks in the street trying to make it are just as unoriginal in their music, as the next man.
Hell, blues and jazz came from hard times. You think only those who grew up in the ghetto can play jazz or blues?

Hell, blues and jazz came from hard times. You think only those who grew up in the ghetto can play jazz or blues? | When I said the streets I wasnt just referring to gangsta or thug shit, I was mainly referring to the struggle itself! It came from the streets and its made for the streets! And no, not just the US cuz the struggle is everywhere! But not in Drake's neck of the woods! And thats NOT AT ALL to say if your from the suburbs or Middle America you cant listen to it or do the music, my point was that he's already established in the industry...he's already famous and he needs to just stick to acting and that shit cuz he IS TAKING UP SPACE!
But as of recent time, this shit has been so dumbed down and watered down, that anyone can jus come out! Long as your willing to tapdance or "coon" for these big wig music execs, and use autotune, then you have a deal! And in return, the industry is gonna make sure to shove this garbage down your throat constantly!! And I for one am tired of weak ass soft garbage like this, while the real is being shut out! | |

Cormega Clears Up Issues With Drake
| Quote:
“[This is getting way more attention than it deserves. I NEVER DISSED HIM. That shit is edited and taken out of context..."
Queensbridge's realest MC, Cormega, has taken to his website legalhustle.net to clear the misconceptions about him not liking Canada's finest, Drake. As previously reported, Mega voiced his disdain of MTV's Hottest MC List on Street Disciplez Radio and had this to say about the MC:
“I can't fuck with Drake. I like Drake as a young man trying to make money but I can't take him serious because for one he's rich…I don't like when these spoiled rich kids just get into rap cause it's something they could do…and they start rapping about a life they never lived. Go do something else. If I could switch with you, I would be the rich goody goody my whole life. Niggas like us rap about shit because we lived it, these niggas use rap as a hobby.”
In his forum on his website, Cormega made sure to clear up the comments and to make sure everyone knows that he doesn't have any issues with Young Money's starting point guard. He stated,
“[This is getting way more attention than it deserves. I NEVER DISSED HIM. That shit is edited and taken out of context. They asked me what do I think of Drake rapping on some street thug shit and I said I never heard Drake rapping like that. Then they recited words from the verse and I said I what I said which is basically the good kids or the rich or kids from good backgrounds should reflect that in their rhymes. Why would I say rich kids shouldn't rap, that's completely stupid and untrue? Rich people and white suburban kids buy 70% of rap so why would I want to offend them OR DISS THEM WHEN THEY SUPPORT ME!
All I meant was I can't respect when people try to be street and they have no street history and the streets are dangerous as opposed to the places they grew up. Will Smith never acted hard but we still enjoy his music. Grand Puba never rhymed hard or glorified the streets and he's on my album.
Anyone who read or reads any of my recent interviews will notice the one with the Drake mention is a complete contradiction to all my recent interviews and moves. I haven't made a controversial record in years and anybody who did a interview with me recently will tell you I'm against controversy. If I offended Drake or any of his fans, I'm man enough to say pardon me BUT don't judge me until you've heard the entire UN-EDITED version and last but not least I was just on [the] BET show, "The Deal." And what did I rap over --- A DRAKE BEAT. In other words if I had beef with him or felt any way against him I wouldn't have used his beat. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. The media is good but some media exploit controversy for there own gain. PEACE.”
