E-40 is way more of a legend.... Mac Dre is a Bay Legend but E-40 did what Dre was never able to do and that's be a main stream world wide known celeberaty.....

I would of chose Mac Dre if you would of asked who the bigger BAY LEGEND was.

Plus you gotta remember E-40 basically started the independant thing and showed the Bay Area how to do it..... Mac Dre even got his independant knowledge from E-40 because nobody else was doing it like that until E-40 and the click.

mac dre for me. 40 made a much bigger stamp in the rap game for sure, he had millions before dre had thousands and is still doin it big. if i had only $15 and a choice of mac dre cd and 40 you already know its MD. but yea 40 did it "in a major way" lol. put vallejo on the map so props for that. and i know for a fact a good chunk of dres fans are young teens that jumped on the hyphy/thizz movement when dre died. the other half are true fans that been knockin shit since YBB and romp. feel me?

mac dre is too hard for mainstream garbage and he wouldnt be on no t pain or brooke hogan song like 40 either. his lingo is a garbage gimmick.

2 best ever in my opinion, i got 40 #1 & dre #2, but i been slappin both of em since these dre groupies wuz shittin they pampers n suckin they mamas titty. also my opinion of rappers duznt change when they die cuz im not a necrophiliac.

40 got more shine if you put it that way...he was featured on way more tracks from different artist outside of the bay...was in some movie I forget the name and had more video play on BET/MTV...

dont get me wrong, I got nothing but love for Dre...he was definitely next in line to really shine but its too bad it was cut short....

You know whats funny to me, all these youngsters are Mac Dre banwagon imitators..... Most of these fools didn't start riding his dick until Thizzle Washington came out or until he died....

Mac Dre is an Under Ground Legend in the Bay Area.... E-40 is a legend in the music industry.... Like I said before he started this independant shit nobody was doing it like that before he did it.... So he basically started this pushing your shit yourself mentality that is the foundation of Bay Area / West Coast / Dirty South rap.
