Anyone if thiz iz official? I heard it was since Golden Boy has been tryin to lose some weight.... Who u got ur feria on? I got mine on my Pacman... Golden Boy seem kinda old now.... But I wouldn't doubt Golden Boy tho vato is a sav.... But Pacman iz on a role right now....

Negotiations going on to set up fight for December 6. I think it would be a good fight but what's funny about it is that Del La Hoya would rather go out fighting the smaller man in Pacman and dodging Maragrito after he whooped Cottos ass and Margarito wants it to happen. Del La Hoya does not have faith in himself beating him and would rather go out fighting Pacman who has beating all the great mexican fighters os of their era. De la Hoya is the bigger man with his fights with Hopkins and is the bigger man with Pacman. I believe though with speed and duration of the fight it would go into Pacmans favor.

I think its a punk bitch move by Oscar, he should be fighting Pavlik, but he wants a little guy to come up and fight him, so he can be the bigger man. I'm losing the respect I had for Oscar really quick.

Yeah I second that. Margarito is a boxer that isn't known to the casual boxing fan. Oscar has been dodging him for years now (kind of like how Roy Jones has been dodging Bernard Hopkins). Margarito earned his shot, and deserves to fight Oscar. Besides, before the Cotto-Margarito match, Oscar said that he would fight the winner of that fight.

2nd: I'm with Crump with Manny-Oscar fight. Oscar did it to be the bigger fighter. Manny may not be able to handle Oscar's size and power. He's fast and strong as hell, but Oscar's natural size may be too much for Pacman.

Agreed to all yall mayne, Gay La Hoya being that he has his own promotion co feels he can pick and choose who ever he wants to fight. I'm a little sketchy on a Pacman vs Gay La Hoya fight because of size and power between the two. I'd like to see Pacman fight some high profile guys in his new weight class before stepping in the ring with him. If it do happen I hope Pac man SHIII

It looks like it's definetly going down. Seen it on ESPN set for early December. Looks like Gay La Hoya agreed on the money split. Pacman will be ready knowing that this will be his biggest fight of his career.
