i usually go twice a week. about 40 mins on the elliptical (cant really run bc i have bad ass feet) then i do biceps one day and the other day i do chest and the other day i do triceps and shoulders. always do abs at the end
i just ran that rock n roll half marathon in san jose and finished with a time of 2:26:30. and ya 2 people died bc of that marathon

Yeah whenever I go to the gym I use the elliptical too, tread mill is no good for me
How long does that shit give you energy for?

I actually have a treadmill, i been trying to be on it for 60 minutes monday thru saturday, i have a 32 inch with surround sound in the garage so i can watch whatever game is on

How long does that shit give you energy for? | All depends on your body.. I take it like 20 min before I go in the garage....I workout for about 40-60 mins... and ill still feel it a little while after... everyones different though..
Alot of people get a tingle feeling... I get it in my face, feels weird as fuck... but i love it. Give it a try, see if it works for you... Its helped me get off my lazy ass... It also helps regulate my appetite... I take it around 11am... I don't get hungry till atleast 5... went from 210lbs to currently 185lbs

What are good foods to eat that will get you full without eating a lot?

I don't man, I'm far from a nutritionist.. exercise should speed up your metabolism so see what works.. Its all about portion control.. small meals.. your body will adapt. Maybe limit your visits to Dank's house, hes the anti poon... jk dank
