yeah the only one i tried is noxplode, nothing else because it does too much for me lol, i fuck with the medium can of redbull they got the small one medium and the double one, the medium one is enough for me, caffeine in large doses does not agree with me. but i find its always easier and gives you more motivation to do more when you have some sort of drink that will give you energy, supplement or redbull. monster, rockstar ect get me too wired and I crash. I never crash off redbull.

been working out a couple years but its been off and on just whenever i felt like it, then last year started doing it to schedule certain amount of days per week, and barely last few months barely got back on supplements, and increased food protein intake to 150+grams per day, plus 2 protein shakes per day, and 5 grams creatine monohydrate a day. Its better than killing time smoking or playing xbox you get into a fight you cant challenge someone to a game of madden | This is a nice schedule.. I'm no where near as organized... I work out on this and I use an ab-wheel and pull-up bar...
I'm going to create a schedule right now..
Are you getting any cardio?
Have you tried Muscle Milk?

| im on that muscle milk right now i got the 5 lbs chocolate from gnc, and got the gnc brand creatine, one blueberry flavored and one unflavored. I'm thinking about switching from muscle milk its good but i want big gains i was using iso pure mass and it gave me 52 grams of protein and about 670 calories per shake but only 20 servings per container, and the muscle milk is 300 calories and 31 grams of protein. I'm going to finish off this one and think about it but muscle milk is good im just trying to pack as many calories in my day as possible i also bring the muscle milk ready to drink ones to work and have one with my lunch. And as for cardio i do none lol cardio would burn to omany calories that i dont want to loose and would rather waste that energy on strength training once i get the size i want (which is far away) i'll start working cardio in there for more muscle definition. And the schedule i only been sticking to for the last few months, creating a routine and actually sticking to it is the hardest part of weight lifting (for me anyways) but will give you the best results instead of just going to the weights and saying ok what havent i worked yet like i used to | |

What are good foods to eat that will get you full without eating a lot?
| drink a couple glasses of water or about 2 cups, about 10 minutes before a meal, you will eat alot less than you normally would, and cutting out all sugar will make you start dropping weight quick. Sugar turns straight to fat.

You seem motivated man, that's good... Whats your height/weight/goal?
I don't do any cardio either I don't want to lose anymore weight either though, but I need to work my heart and lungs.... and I need to 86 the cigarettes! another
I'm not doing any leg exercises, bad idea.. I only have the leg extension machine which I don't really care for.. Really wish I had a squat rack... But yea, as for cardio I think ill start some jump rope.. Really want to hang up a heavy bag to dance around, thats good cardio, just dont have anywhere to hang it... Might get a free standing bag like the wavemaster xxl...
I used to take muscle milk, it had its benefits but I don't take anything anymore... just White Flood..

i was going to get a bag a couple weeks ago but decided against it, because again i'd rather spend my time lifting. i'll start with what i used to weigh to give you and idea lol freshman year = 135lbs! there were girls bigger than me out of high school 137-140, 6 years later = 145-147 i started lifting weights over 2 and a half years ago now i'm 167 (and gaining pretty quick since i got my diet right) by the end of the year i'll be atleast 175 guaranteed im a hard gainer i got little to no body fat at all, its a bitch but once you start counting calories and eating the right foods, then throw supplements on top of that you can reach whatever goal you want. i'd say somewhere around 185 would be when i start cutting, but again when you start gaining you dont want to stop you want to keep going lol. Low gains and not getting big quick enough is what got me into actually bodybuilding and not just lifting weights.
