Robert your workout schedule hella reminds me of how i used 2 do it back in the day when I was a lot more serious about workin out.
I would do it over 6 or 5 days tho and do about 2 hours a day. 1 session in the morning eat protein all day and another session at 6pm. 7 meals a day. over 200 grams of protein. I went from 165 to 195 in a few months but I was still not that cut.
Only started gettin really cut when I stopped eating sugary, fried and dairy foods. Then when I started training for muay thai aka kickboxing thats wat got me in the best shape ever.
I recommend that shit over workin out to anyone who is tryin to get in shape and be strong. It will make u stronger than ppl who lift heavy ass weights.
