This is how to make movie screenshots with Image Grabber II.

First install Image Grabber II.

After you install Image Grabber open it up and click the File tab and select the video or DVD
you want to make screen shots from. Once the video starts playing click the camera icon to take screenshots,
once you've taken all the screens you want go back to the file menu and select save file. You'll then get
a preview of your screens and also an Options button you can click to customize the look. Once your all done
click save and create a new folder called screenshots and then save it there.

That's it

BTW there is a text file with the instructions in the folder as well.
