normally i'd go with dell, but the acer has got Ati graphics and a gig more of ram. (ive never noticed the difference between normal single channel and dual channel RAM.)

I'm not a gamer so the graphics is not big for me...this is mainly to surf the web, watch videos on the net and listen to music... ^LOL, this computer I have now is a Dell from back in like 2001 or 2002, stock 128mb ram and 55gb...now my RAM has been up'd to 768mb, still shitty...this computer has been through hell, 1 system restore, twice I had to reinstall windows cuz it crashed and tons of viruses...now its fine just old and shows it
